Explanation:
The application can be switched between Demo mode or Live mode by clicking On/Off checkBox.
The Demo Mode option can be accessed by selecting Admin>>Demo Mode from the menu.
The Demo Mode screen includes the following items:
Demo Mode On/Off:

To switch the application either in demo mode or live mode.

ClockView:
|
The links for ClockView application will be available under Main Menu for quick reference.
|
HRView:
|
The links for HRView application will be available under Main Menu for quick reference.
|
EntryView:
|
The links for EntryView application will be available under Main Menu for quick reference.
|
JobView:
|
The links for JobView application will be available under Main Menu for quick reference.
|
WebClock:
|
The links for WebClock application will be available under Main Menu for quick reference.

Name:
|
Allows to enter the name of database backup to be created.
|
Database list
|
Display the list of existing database backup.
|
Switch to demo mode:
• Check the check box "Demo Mode On/Off" to switch into the Demo Mode.
• Click on the Apply these settings button to save the changes.
Switch to live mode:
• Uncheck the check box "Demo Mode On/Off" to switch into the Live Mode.
• Click on the Apply these settings button to save the changes.
Create database backup:
• Enter the name of the database backup file in the Name Text Box.
• Click on the Save button to create database backup.
Restore a database:
• Select the desired database from database list.
• Click on the Restore Selected button to restore the database backup.
Instructions:
• This application can be switched between Demo mode and Live mode by clicking check box Demo Mode On/Off.
• For demonstration you can select any combination of acumen view suite application by selecting link of LaborView / ClockView, ShiftView, JobView, WebClock. Links for selected application will be available under Main Menu for quick reference.
• You can create backup of database by giving it some name, if you want to preserve its current state. This backup will be available into Database List after successful completion of backup process.
• You can restore any database backup from 'Database List' to load the system into its previous state when specific backup was created.
• You can click on 'Apply these Settings' button to apply above settings into this application immediately. Setting will also be applied once you re-login into this application.
