How do I use the Request Approvals screen?

Explanation:
The Request approvals screen can be accessed from Employee>>Request Approvals.
The Request Approvals screen allows user to approve or deny a schedule request.


The Request Approvals screen includes the following items:


Advance Options: This option allows to show/hide advance filter options i.e.-

Show Approved Requests:

Select this check box to display approved requests.

Show Denied Requests:

Select this check box to display denied requests.

Employee:

Allows user to select employee from the Drop Down list to filter schedule accordingly.  

Start Time:

Displays the Start time of the schedule.

End Time:

Displays the End time of the schedule.

Approve:

Option to approve scheduled request.

Deny:

Option to deny scheduled request.


Filters:
       This allows to filter records according to the employee selection from the drop down list.
       This allows to filter schedule requests by using advance options (Show approved requests, Show denied requests).


Approve Request:
       Click on the approve radio button to approve the request of the corresponding employee.
       The application allow to deny multiple request from multiple employees.
       Click on the Update button to save the request.


Denied Request:
       Click on the Deny radio button to reject the request of the corresponding employee.
       The application allow to deny multiple request from multiple employees.
       Click on the Update button to save the request.
