Explanation:
The Request approvals screen can be accessed from Employee>>Request Approvals.
The Request Approvals screen allows user to approve or deny a schedule request.
The Request Approvals screen includes the following items:
Advance Options: This option allows to show/hide advance filter options i.e.-
Show Approved Requests:

Select this check box to display approved requests.

Show Denied Requests:
|
Select this check box to display denied requests.
|
Employee:
|
Allows user to select employee from the Drop Down list to filter schedule accordingly.
|
Start Time:
|
Displays the Start time of the schedule.
|
End Time:
|
Displays the End time of the schedule.
|
Approve:
|
Option to approve scheduled request.
|
Deny:
|
Option to deny scheduled request.
|
Filters:
• This allows to filter records according to the employee selection from the drop down list.
• This allows to filter schedule requests by using advance options (Show approved requests, Show denied requests).
Approve Request:
• Click on the approve radio button to approve the request of the corresponding employee.
• The application allow to deny multiple request from multiple employees.
• Click on the Update button to save the request.
Denied Request:
• Click on the Deny radio button to reject the request of the corresponding employee.
• The application allow to deny multiple request from multiple employees.
• Click on the Update button to save the request.
