How do I use the Budgets screen?

Add Budgets?


Explanation:

The Budgets screen can be accessed by selecting Budgets from the Configure menu.

                       


The Budgets screen includes the following items:

Start Date:

Display & Allows to enter start date for budget.

Number of Week:

Display & Allows to enter number of weeks.

Divide Budget by group:

Check to divide budget by group

Total Budget:

TextBox allows to enter total budget

Budget in Hours:

Option button to select budget in hours

Budget By Cost:

Option button to select budget by cost.



Adding Budgets:

       To add budget, enter the required fields like start date, number of week, divide by group, total budget etc.

       Click on the update button to save the changes.
