How do I use the Day Hourly View - Alphabetical screen?
How do I?
Explanation:
This screen display exact graphical representation of Schedule tab filtered data
screen by the selected Week period.
This screen is used to display graphical representation for Resource(s) (Employee)
are available with the Position(s) to the Schedule filtered Week on each day by
Alphabetical & Hours (i.e. from 00:00 to 24:00).
This screen display divided 24 hours time by One hour time (i.e. from 00:00 to 24:00)
on X-axis and Name of Resource(s) (Employee) in Alphabetical on Y-axis.
This screen display working time (i.e From & To) of Resource(s) (Employee), By placing
the cursor on each Resource (Employee) graph representation.
The Day Hourly View - Alphabetical screen can be accessed by clicking
Home >> Day Hourly View - Alphabetical tab.
Items available on Day Hourly View - Alphabetical screen:
Employee:

Display Name of Resource(s) in Alphabetical on Y-axis.
|
Time(hr):
|
Display divided 24 hours time by One hour time
(i.e. from 00:00 to 24:00) on X-axis.

Navigate to Next / Previous Day Hourly View - Alphabetical: This functionality allow to
display the Next / Previous Day Hourly View - Alphabetical for Schedule tab filtered Week. It can be
achieved by clicking on Left (Previous) & Right (Next) arrow buttons.
• After Schedule tab filtered week by selected Position(s), This screen display graphical
representation for First day (i.e Sunday) Resource(s) details by Alphabetical and Hours for
that position(s) of Schedule tab filtered week.
• Then immediate If we click on Left (Previous) arrow button, Page will populate & Display
graphical representation for Last day (i.e. Saturday) Resource(s) details by Alphabetical
and Hours for that position(s) of Schedule tab filtered week.
• Mean while if we click on Right (Next) arrow button at Last day (i.e. Saturday) Resource(s)
details screen, Page will populate & Display graphical representation for First day (i.e Sunday)
Resource(s) details by Alphabetical and Hours for that position(s) of Schedule tab filtered week.
• In between week days (i.e. from Monday to Friday), If we click on Left / Right arrow buttons.
Page will populate and Display graphical representations based on according to selection of
Left (Previous day) & Right (Next day) buttons.
Enable & Disable Position: This functionality allow to display Enable (ON) & Disable (OFF)
the positions in the Graph.
• After Schedule tab filtered week by selected Position(s), The screen display in the form of
colors graphical representation for those Positions are selected (i.e.Enabled (ON)).
• All available positions are filled with color square boxes under the graph
(i.e. Default Enabled (ON)) other than Gray color (i.e. Disabled (OFF))
• Click on any Position color square boxes (Enabled (ON)) under the graph, That particular
Position(s) will be Disabled (OFF) from the graph & color square boxes changed to
Gray color (i.e.Disabled (OFF)).
• Click on any Position Gray color box,That particular Position(s) will be Enabled (ON) in
the graph and Those Gray color (i.e. Disabled (OFF)) square boxes changed to
corresponding color (i.e.Enabled (ON)).
