How do I use the Day Resource View - All screen?
How do I?
Explanation:
This screen display exact graphical representation of Schedule tab filtered
data screen for the selected Week period on each day hours.
This screen is used to display graphical representation for no.of Resources
(Employees) are available to the Schedule tab filtered Week on each day by hours
(i.e. from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM).This screen display divided 24 hours time by
One hour time (i.e. from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM) on X-axis and No.of Resources
(i.e. 0,1,2,...) on Y-axis.
This screen display no.of Resources are available on each hour, By placing the cursor
on each hour graph representation.
The Day Resource View-All screen can be accessed by clicking
Home >> Day Resource View-All tab.
Items available on Day Resource View-All screen:
Resources :

Display No.of Resources (i.e. 0,1,2,...) on Y-axis.

Time(hr) :
|
Display divided 24 hours time by One hour time
(i.e. from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM) on X-axis.

Navigate to Next / Previous Day Resource View - All: This functionality allow to display
Next / Previous Day Resource View - All for Schedule tab filtered Week. This functionality can be
achieved by clicking on Left (Previous) & Right (Next) arrow buttons.
• After Schedule tab filtered week, The screen display graphical representation for First day
(i.e Sunday) Resource details of that Schedule tab filtered week.
• Then immediate If we click on Left (Previous) arrow button, Page will populate & Display
graphical representation for Last day (i.e. Saturday) Resource details of that Schedule tab
filtered week.
• Mean while if we click on Right arrow button at Last day (i.e. Saturday) Resources details
screen, Page will populate and Display graphical representation for First day (i.e Sunday)
Resources details of that Schedule tab filtered week.
• In between week days (i.e. from Monday to Friday), If we click on Left / Right arrow buttons,
Page will populate and Display Resource details according to selection of Left (Previous)
and Right (Next) buttons of that Schedule tab filtered week.
