How do I use the Day Resource View by Position screen?
How do I?
Explanation:
This screen display exact graphical representation of Schedule tab filtered data screen
for the selected Week period and Position(s).
This screen is used to display graphical representation for no.of Resources (Employees)
that are available based on Position(s).
This screen display divided 24 hours time by One hour time (i.e. from 00:00 AM
to 11:00 PM) on X-axis and No.of Resources (i.e. 0,1,2,...) on Y-axis.
This screen display no.of Resources are available by the Position wise on each hour,
By hovering the cursor on each hour graph representation.
The Day Resource View by Position screen can be accessed by clicking
Home >> Day Resource View by Position tab.
Items available on Day Resource View by Position screen:
Resources :

Display No.of Resources (i.e. 0,1,2,...) on Y-axis.

Time(hr) :
|
Display divided 24 hours time by One hour time
(i.e. from 00:00 AM to 11:00 PM) on X-axis.

Navigate to Next / Previous Day Resource View by Position: This functionality allow to display
the Next / Previous Day Resource View by Position for Schedule tab filtered Week. It can be achieved by
clicking on Left (Previous) & Right (Next) arrow buttons.
• After Schedule tab filtered week by Position(s), The screen display graphical representation
for First day (i.e Sunday) Resource details by the position of that schedule tab filtered week.
• Then immediate If we click on Left (Previous) arrow button, Page will populate & Display
graphical representation for Last day (i.e. Saturday) with all details.
• Mean while if we click on Right arrow button at Last day (i.e. Saturday) Resources details
screen, Page will populate and Display graphical representation for First day (i.e Sunday)
Resources details.
• In between week days (i.e. from Monday to Friday), If we click on Left / Right arrow buttons,
Page will populate and Display Resource details according to selection of Left (Previous)
and Right (Next) buttons of that Schedule tab filtered week.

Enable & Disable Position: This functionality allow to display Enable (ON) & Disable (OFF)
the positions in the Graph under the X-axis of the graph.
• After Schedule tab filtered week by selected Position(s), The screen display in the form of
colors graphical representation for those Positions which are selected (Enabled).
• For all available positions are filled with different color square boxes under the X-axis of the graph,
(i.e. Default Enabled (ON)) other than Gray color (i.e. Disabled (OFF))
• Click on any Position color square boxes (Enabled (ON)) under the graph, That particular
Position(s) will be Disabled (OFF) from the graph and color square boxes changed to
Gray color (i.e.Disabled (OFF)).
• Click on any Position Gray color box,That particular Position(s) will be Enabled (ON) in the
graph & Those Gray color (i.e. Disabled (OFF)) square boxes changed to corresponding color
(i.e.Enabled (ON)).
