Explain:

The Demand Templates screen

You can access the Demand Templates screen by going to the Schedules menu and selecting Demand Templates.

The Demand Templates screen:

       Demand Templates screen used to create new templates as per requirement.
       It is used for making the changes in the templates.
       It is used for removing templates.
       It is used for copying the schedule from existing template to the new template.


Advance Options

This option is allowed to show/hide some specific columns (Live Templates, Recent History, Full History)

Full History

This option is used to show/hide running schedules on the grid.

Recent History

This option is used to show/hide recent created schedules on the grid.

Full History

This option is used to show/hide recent and old schedules on the grid.


Demand Templates screen: :Includes the following columns in the grid

No Action:

This column display various option under this which are used for doing various function.

IN :

This column display shift start time& allows to select shift start time for the corresponding day of the week.

OUT:

This column display shift end time& allows to select shift end time for the corresponding day of the week.

Certification:

This column display all the  qualification information of the employee & allows to select the certification as per the requirement from the drop down list.

Department:

This column display all the  Department information of the employee & allows to select the Department as per the requirement from the drop down list.

Position:

This column display all the Position information of the employee & allows to select the Position as per the requirement from the drop down list.

Shift Type:

This column display all the Shift Type information of the employee & allows to select the Shift Type as per the requirement from the drop down list.

No Of Employee :

This column display total number of the employee .

Day Hours:

This column display total number of hours of current shift  for the day

Total Hours:

This column display sum of Day Hours .


Location Drop down :
       Click the Location Drop down button at the top of the screen.
       Upon Click it will display list of groups  .

Template Drop down  :
       Click the Template Drop down button at the top of the screen.
       Upon Click it will display list of Templates  as per group selected from Location Drop down  .

Override Template Button : This button is used for adding the new template as per the requirement.
       Click Override Template button  .
       Upon click of Override Template button a pop-up i.e. Override Template pop-up window.
       Enter the template name in the appropriate option given in the pop up window .
       Select the Date Range Schedule or  Holiday option as per requirement.
       Select the Start or  End option as per requirement
       Click Add & then OK  button  .

Editing a Template :
       Select the Template you wish to Edit  from the Template drop-down box.
       Click the edit button.
       Make your changes to the Template.
       Click Add & then OK  button  

Removing a Template :

       Select the Template you wish to copy from the Template drop-down box.
       Click the Delete button.
       You will be asked to confirm the removal of the Template.
       Click OK to delete the Template.
       Click the Save button to save the schedule.
       The Cancel button will terminate the action..

Schedule Work order :


Add a row in Selected Schedule :

•        To add a row in existing schedule click (+) button within Action column.
•        This action will create a new blank row. you need to edit in and out time and all columns values.

Copy a row in selected Schedule :

       To copy a row in existing schedule click copy button within Action column.
       This action will copy a selected row.

Delete a row in selected Schedule :

       To delete a row in existing schedule click delete button within Action column.
       You will be asked to confirm the delete of the selected schedule row.
       Click OK to delete the schedule row from the application.
       The Cancel button will terminate the action.

Update a row in selected Schedule :

       Make changes to the selected row in the schedule .
       Click Update button within Action column.
       This action will update  a selected row.

Cancel  a row in selected Schedule :

       Make changes to the selected row in the schedule .
       Click cancel button within Action column.
       This action will cancel the changes for a selected row.

Copy the selected day into this tab  :

       Select desire day  from the  From Day drop down which you wish to copy the schedule .
       Select desire day  from the   To Day drop down in which you wish to copy the schedule .
       Click  copy button.

Clear All Day :

       Upon click on this button it will delete all the requirement from the .

Selected Day :

       Select the desire that you wish to delete from the grid .
       Click Selected Day button .
       Upon click on this button it will delete the desire row from the  grid.

Copy Template :

       Select the desire group you wish to copy  from the Location drop down .
       Select the desire template you wish to copy  from the Template drop down .
       Click Copy Template button .
       Upon click on this button it will copy the desire Template .

Remark : desire group & template should not have any schedule in the grid.
