How do I use the Weekly Schedule Report screen?

Explanation:

This screen is used to generate Weekly Schedule Report of employees

This screen helps to generate Weekly Schedule Report based on defined filter criteria.

The Weekly Schedule Report screen can be accessed by clicking  
Reports Menu >> Weekly Schedule.


Items available on Weekly Schedule Report  screen:


Week Start :

Display week date, for selected week from the calendar pop up.

Group :

Display selected Group(s) (i.e.Check All, Administration,...) or various items

chosen from the drop down.

Department :

Display selected Department(s) (i.e.Check All, Administration,...) or various items

chosen from the drop down box.

Position :

Display selected Position(s) (i.e.Check All, Administration,...) or various items

chosen from the drop down box.

Filter Scope :

Display Filter Scope as 'Employee Assignments' or 'Scheduled Assignments'

in the drop down box.

Special Instructions :

Allow to enter text as per requirement and text will be shown in Current Hours Report.

 Advanced Filter :            Contains Following items (i.e.Labels) :


Filter By :

Allow to select 'Default Group and Department' or 'Employee Scheduled Records'

Radio button option. Based on chosen option data will be filtered in the

Weekly Schedule Report.

Sort By :

Allow to select 'Employee Name' or 'Group' or 'Department' or 'Position' Radio

button option. Based on chosen option data will be Sorted in the

Weekly Schedule Report.

Report Format  :

Allow to select Fractional Hours Format or HH:MM Format Radio button option.

Based on chosen option data time format displayed in the

Weekly Schedule Report.

Option :

Allow to select Display Assignment, Include Supervisors (i.e.Display report with

include supervisors) & Separate by page (i.e.Allow to display each group Reports

in separate pages) check boxes. Based on chosen option data will be filtered

in the Weekly Schedule Report.

Weekly Schedule Report View Controller: This controller is used to control resultant Weekly Schedule Report

details and It contains following functionalities.

First Page (|〈) :

If we have Weekly Schedule Report two or more pages & we are in 2nd page or above,

If we click on First Page (|〈) icon. Directly it display 1st page Report. It is enabled

and functioned, when we are in 2nd or above pages. Other wise disabled

and not functioned (i.e. in first page).

Previous Page (〈) :

If we have Weekly Schedule Report two or more pages & we are in 2nd page and above ,

Then if we click on Previous Page (〈) icon. It display data of page - 1st.

Next Page (〉) :

If we have Weekly Schedule Report two or more pages & we are in 1st page and above,

Then click on Next Page (〉) icon. It display data of next upcoming page i.e. page 2.

on Next Page (〉) icon. It display 3rd page Report). It is enabled & functioned,

when we are in below last page.Other wise disabled & not functioned.

Last Page (〉|) :

If we have  Weekly Schedule Report two or more pages & we are in 1st page and above

(i.e. not in last page), If we click on Last Page (〉|) icon. Directly it display Last page Report.

It is enabled & functioned

Export  :

It allow to export resultant Reports in a selected format by selecting the format from drop down list.

Print Preview :

It allow to display print preview of Schedule Hours Report.

Print :

It allow to take print Schedule Hours Report.

Generate Weekly Schedule Report: This functionality can be achieved by selecting week date from Week start option.
 •        Select any week date (i.e. Which week schedule Report you want know) from calender pop up.
 •        Define filter criteria as per requirement & click on Refresh icon.
 •        Page will populate & Display proper Weekly Schedule Report under Weekly Schedule Report according to defined filter criteria.


Remember my filter settings: This functionality used to Remember filter settings for login user.

 •        After defining filter criteria by selecting available options (i.e. Week start, No. Of Weeks, Group,...), Then select
          Remember my filter settings option.
 •        Click on Refresh icon (i.e. besides No. Of Weeks option), then Logout and Login again.
 •        Navigate to Schedule Hours Reports screen & Observe filter settings it will be same as defined by last end users.


Refresh: This functionality used to generate Schedule Hours Report after defining filter criteria.
