How do I use the Find Match screen?

Explanation:

The Find Match screen can be accessed by selecting Schedules>>Edit Schedules>>Advance Options>>Find Match options

This screen is used to find the employee who can be allocated with the required schedule as per the requirement.


The Find Match  screen includes the following items:

           IN:

This allows to fill the In Time with the help of time icon.

          Out:

This allows to fill the Out Time with the help of time icon.

          Department:

This allows to select the Department from the drop down.

          Shift Type:

This allows to select the Shift Type from the drop down.                  

          View Requirements:

This screen is used to see all requirements for which employee can be

allocated with the required schedule as per the requirements. Please Click Here

          Certification Required:

This allows to choose the certificate from the list as per the requirement.

          Search:

Allows to search the records as per the criteria mention above.

          Cancel:

This will land you to the edit schedule page
