Explanation:

The View Requirements screen can be accessed by selecting Schedules>>Edit Schedules>>Advance Options>>Find Match>>View Requirements options

This screen is used to see all requirements for which employees can be allocated with the required schedule as per the requirements.


The View Requirements screen includes the following items:

Group:

This displays the Group name for which have the requirements  

Starting:

This displays the starting date of the week

Ending:

This displays the end date of the week

Total Hours:

This displays the hours required for the week.

Group:

This column displays the name of group.

Date:

This column displays the date of the day

Template: 

This column displays the detail of the requirement/shift/schedule.

Starting:

This column displays the starting time of the shift

Ending:

This column displays the end time of the shift.

Hours:

This column displays total hours of the shift.

Department:

This column displays the department name of the employee.

Position:   

This column displays the position of the employee.

Type:

This column displays the shift type for example standard shift or awake overnight shift etc

Suspend:        

This check box allows to suspend the employee. It means that we do not want the employee for that particular shift

Certifications Required:

This column will display the certification that is required for the particular requirement  

Update Button:
           Update button allows you to suspend the shift for a particular day.
       Select the check box under the suspend column.
       Click on the update button.
Done  Button:
           It will land you on the Find Match page.
