How do I use the Schedule?

Explanation:

The schedule screen can be accessed by selecting Schedule from the Home menu.

This screen is used to make changes in the schedule of the employee and to add new schedule for the particular employee.

Edit schedule screen is used for making the changes in the schedule of the particular employee.


The Schedule screen includes the following items:

          Advance Options: This option allows to show/hide some specific columns (Hours scheduled, Department, Position, Schedule, All Extra Columns, No Extra Columns)

Hours Scheduled:

This check box is used to show/hide Hours columns in the grid.

Department:

This check box is used to show/hide Department columns in the grid.

Position:

This check box is used to show/hide Position columns in the grid.

Schedule:

This check box is used to show/hide schedule columns with in the grid.

All extra columns:

Upon click on this button it will add following columns in the grid:

Hours/Department/Position/Schedule.

No extra columns:

Upon click on this button it will remove following columns from the grid:

Hours/Department/Position/Schedule.            

Grace Certification:

The grace certification adds 23 hours in certification expiration date.

Unscheduled:

This check box is used to show/hide Unscheduled columns with in the grid.

Enable Daily Bulk Schedule Changes:

This check box is used to select all records (available in the page) and allow to make the changes within the grid.

Enable Ask Edit Confirmation:

This check box is used to enable a pop up for the confirmation of the changes made for a particular employee in the grid.

Add Schedule:

Add Schedule allows to add a new schedule.

Schedule Options :

This screen is used to find the employee who can be allocated with the

required schedule as per the requirement. For More details please click here .

Find Match :

This option is used for find the employee who is eligible for the particular requirement.

Group:

This option allows to select single or multiple groups or all groups to filter the records.

Department:

This option allows to select single or multiple or all departments to filter the records.

Position:

This option allows to select single or multiple or all positions to filter the records.

Filter Scope:

This option allows to select the scope of the filter.

Day Sort:

This option allows to sort the records according to some specific criteria for a day, like starting/ending/Hours etc.

GridView :

This option allows to view the grid in the horizontal or the vertical manner.

Supervisors:

This option allows to display supervisor's record in the grid.

Week Schedule :

This column displays complete schedule information of the employees for a week.  Click Here

Day Schedule :

This column displays complete schedule information of the employees for a particular day.     Click Here

Day:

This column displays the day of the schedule.

Date:

This column displays the date of that particular day.

Name:

This column displays the name of the employees.

Starting:

This column displays the starting time of the shift or schedule.

Ending:

This column displays the end time of the shift or schedule.

Hours:

This column displays the total time of the shift or schedule i.e the time from starting to end of the shift.

Break

This column displays the total time of the break i.e the time in which the employee was not available within the shift/schedule.

OT Qualified:

This column displays the eligibility of the particular employee for over time.

Group:

This column displays the group name of a corresponding employee.

Department:

This column displays the department name of a corresponding employee.

Position:

This column displays the current designation of the employee

Schedule:

This column displays the schedule timing of the employees i.e. start and end time of the shift.

Source:

This option is used for making changes in the schedule or shift of the particular employee for the particular day as per requirement.

Conflict:

This option displays whether there is any conflict in the schedule or not. Yes denotes that the conflict is there, No denotes there is no conflict there.

Additional Information:

Additional Information column 0displays the current status of the employee i.e. Accepted or Declined.


Refresh Button:
Refresh button is used to filter the records as per the values selected from the following options:
        Group/Department/Position/Filter Scope/Day Sort/GridView/Supervisors option

Jump To Week:
This allows to display record of the particular a day/date.
       Select date and month from the calender Icon.
       This will display the record accordingly    

Previous Week:
This allows to display the record of last week as per the current date.
       Select date and month from the calender Icon.
       Click on the Previous week button.
       This will display the record of the previous week according to the current date.

Next Week:
Upon click on this button it will display record of the next week according to the current date .
       Select date and month from the calender Icon.  
       Click on  Next week button    
       This will display record of the next week according to the current date.

This Week:
Upon click on this button, it will display record of current week
       Select the date and the month from the calender Icon
       Then click on this week button  
       Then it will display data of current week  

Requirements:
Upon click on this button, a pop-up will display the list of required shift. We can suspend one or more shifts by following the below steps:
       Check single or multiple check boxes in suspend column.
       Click on the update button to suspend the selected shift. It may take few seconds to apply this action.  
       Click on the Done button to come back on edit schedule page.    

Current Month Schedule:
Upon click on this button  it will display the record of the current month as per selection from the calender icon.

Next Month  Schedule:
Upon click on this button  it will display the Next month schedule as per selection from the calender icon.

Add Schedule:
This button is used to add a new schedule or to modify the existing one. You need to follow the below steps to do the same.
       Select group from the group drop down
       Enter the employee name on the search option
       Click OK button to see the detail Cancel to discard the action.
