How do I use the Schedule Options screen?

Explanation:

The Schedule Option screen can be accessed from  Schedules and Edit Schedules menus.


The Schedule Options screen includes the following items:

          View:

This will display schedule details of the employee. Please click here for more details

          No Action:

Upon selecting the No Action radio button no action will be performed i.e. accepted or Declined.  

          Default:

This option is used for selecting the default schedule to an employee.

          Clear:

Upon click on this option it will reset or clear values.                      

          Employee Name:

This column displays the name of the employee.

          OT Qualified:

This column displays the eligibility of the particular employee for the over time.

          Department:

This column displays the department name of the employee.

          Position

This column displays the current position of the employee.

          Additional Information

This column displays the additional information of the employee.

          OK:

Upon click on this button it will copy the selected schedule.

          Cancel:

Upon click on this option it will navigate from schedule options page to edit schedule page.

          Copy with Note:

Upon click on this button it will copy the additional information along with the schedule information.

          Unscheduled:

Allow to select only unscheduled employee.
