How do I use the Pending Schedules screen?

Explanation:

The pending schedule screen can be accessed by selecting Pending Schedules from the Schedules menu.

This screen is used to display pending schedule and it is also used to accept or reject the schedule that are allocated to employee from following screens:

Home?

Auto schedule?


Pending Schedule screen includes the following items:        

Advance Options:    

This option allows to expand/collapse some specific features (Hours scheduled, Department, Position etc)

Hours Scheduled:

This check box is used to show/hide Hours columns within the grid.

Department:

This check box is used to show/hide Department columns within the grid.

Position:

This check box is used to show/hide Position columns within the grid.

All extra columns:

Upon click on this button it will add following columns in the grid:

Hours/Department/Position.

No extra columns:

Upon click on this button it will remove following columns from the grid:

Hours/Department/Position.  

Group:

This option allows to select single or multiple groups and used to filter the records.

Department:

This option allows to select single or multiple departments from the drop down.

Position:

This option allows to select single or multiple positions from the position drop down.

Scope:

This option allows to select scope as per requirement from the scope drop down.

Pending Schedules:

Option to view pending schedule data in the grid.

Accepted:

Option to view accepted schedule data in the grid.

Declined:

Option to view declined schedule data in the grid.


Following columns are visible in the grid on Pending Schedule screen:

View:  

On the view column view schedule icon is visible.This option is used to view the schedule data of the individual employee. Click Here for details.

Day:

This column display Day of the schedule in the grid.

Date:

This column display Date of the schedule in the grid.

Employee Name:

This column display Name of the scheduled employee in the grid.

Starting:

This column display the starting time of the schedule in the grid.

Ending:

This column display the ending time of the schedule in the grid.

Hours:

This column display total Hours of the schedule in the grid.

Group:

This column display Group name of employee in the grid.

Department:

This column display Department name of employee in the grid.

Position:

This column display Employee position in the grid.

No Action:

Upon selecting  the No Action radio button no action will be performed i.e. accepted or Declined.  

Rescind:

Upon selecting the Rescind radio button schedule will be declined.          

Accept:

Upon selecting the accept radio button schedule will be accepted.

Additional Information:

Additional Information column will display the additional information associated with employee.


Process Selection:  Process Selection button is used for making the changes enforce which are done on the Pending screen from following options:
No Action Button

Upon selecting No Action radio button the application will not allow to make any changes in the schedule

Rescind Button        

Upon selecting Rescind radio button will decline the current schedule.

Accept  Button        

Upon selecting Accept radio button will accept the schedule that is been assigned & make changes in the schedule accordingly

Refresh Button: Refresh button is used for filtering the data by selecting the values from the following options :
        Group/Department/Position/Scope drop down.
        Pending Schedules/Accepted/Declined option.
