Explanation:

Is used to view and edit assigned schedules .

Each employee must be assigned a default schedule.

The find schedule is used to view schedule details of employees for selected week.

You can access the find schedules screen by going to the Schedules >> Find Schedule.


The Find Schedules screen:

Hours By Week:

Select desired date from calendar icon.

Visible Employees:

Display the  total number of employees along with month details .

Employee

Name of employee.

Group:

Display the group name.

Department:

Display the department name.

Position:

Display position of employee.

Status:

Display Status of the employee either full time or part time.

Manager:

The reporting manager of the employee.

Floater:

The employee is floater or not.

Next Week:
       To move on next week schedule data click on Next Week Button.
       After click on Next Week Button page will populate with next week schedule data.


Previous Week:
       To move on previous week schedule data click on Previous Week button.
       After click on Previous Week button page will populate with previous week schedule data.

This Week:
       To move on current week schedule data click on This Week Button.
       After click on This Week Button page populates current week schedule data.


Jump on selected week:

       To jump on any week, select a date from date time calender.
       System will move to week of the selected date.  


Next Month:
       This application allows to move on the next and the second last month scheduled data.
       To move on the next month schedule, click on Next Month Staff Button.
       After click on Next Month Staff Button you will find the next month scheduled data.



Filter Employees:

       Filter option allows to filter the records by group/department/position/status.
       All filter options allow to select one or multiple items.
       After the selection of all filter types need to click on refresh button then page populates with schedule data according to filter criteria.

               


View Schedule details:

       To View or edit schedule detail of the particular employee click calender icon under Sch. column.
       This action will open a new pop-up with schedule detail of employee for the selected week. For more details please click here .
