How do I use the View Schedule  screen?

Explanation:
The view schedule screen can be accessed by clicking Current Month button Under the Edit Schedule screen.


View Schedule screen includes the following items:

Advance Options:

This option allows to expand or collapse some specific features (Hours Scheduled, Requirement Filled, Department, Position, Default schedule, Grid view)

Hours Scheduled:

This check box is used to show/hide Hours Scheduled column within the grid.

Requirement Filled:

This check box is used to show/hide Requirement Filled column within the grid.

Department:

This check box is used to show/hide Department column within the grid.

Position:

This check box is used to show/hide Position column within the grid.

Default Schedule:

This check box is used to show/hide Default Schedule column within the grid.

Grid View:

Option to view the grid in horizontal or vertical position.

View Schedule Screen includes the following columns in the grid:

Week:

Display complete schedule information of the employee for the week. Click Here.

Day:

Display complete schedule information of the employee for a day in the week. Click Here.

Day:

This column displays the name of the day.

Date:

This column displays the date of the day.

Name:

This column displays the name of the employee.

Starting:

This column displays the starting time of the shift or schedule.

Hours:

This column displays the total time of shift or schedule.

Default Schedule:

This column displays the schedule timings of the employee.

Source:

This option is displays the assigned schedule of the employees.          

Conflict:

This option displays whether there is any conflict in the schedule or not. Yes denotes that the conflict is there, No denotes there is no conflict there.

Additional Information:

Additional Information column displays the additional information of the schedule.
