View Requirements screen includes the following items:
Advance Options: |
This option allows to expand or collapse some specific features (Hours Scheduled, Requirement Filled etc) |
Filled Employee: |
This check box is used to show/hide Filled column within the grid. |
Hours Scheduled: |
This check box is used to show/hide Hours column within the grid. |
All extra columns: |
Upon click on this button it will add following columns in the grid: Filled/Hours. |
No extra columns: |
Upon click on this button it will remove following columns in the grid: Filled/Hours. |
Double Click Open Schedule For Pin To Requirement: |
If user checked this check box and click in week column's calender icon in open request row, then it will open 'Pin to Requirement' pop-up to select employee for particular shift. |
View Requirements Screen includes the following columns in the grid: |

Week: |
This screen is used to display complete schedule information of the employee for a week. |
Day: |
This screen is used to display complete schedule information of the employee for a day |
Day: |
This column displays the name of the day. |
Date: |
This column displays the date. |
Template: |
This column displays the detail of the assigned schedule. |
Filled: |
This column displays Yes if the shift is filled and No if shift is not filled by any employee. |
Filled Employee: |
This column displays the name of employee that is filled in the shift. |
Starting: |
This column displays the starting time of the shift or schedule. |
Ending: |
This column displays the ending time of the shift or schedule. |
Hours: |
This column displays the total time of the shift or schedule. |
Suspend: |
Upon click on this check box it denotes that we do not want the employee for that particular shift. |
Certification Required: |
This column displays the certification that is required for the particular position or requirement. |
