How do I use the Employee Home Page screen?

Explanation:

This screen can be accessed by login to the application by using clock ID and Pin code as user name and Password.


The Employee Home Page screen includes the following items:


Advance Options: This option is allowed to show/hide some specific columns (Default scheduled, Department, Position, extra columns, no extra columns)

 

Hours Scheduled:

This check box is used to show/hide Hours columns with in the grid.

Department:

This check box is used to show/hide Department columns with in the grid.

Position:

This check box is used to show/hide Position columns with in the grid.

All extra columns:

Upon click on this button it will add Following columns in the grid :

Hours/Department / Position/Default scheduled.

No extra columns:

Upon click on this button it will remove Following columns in the grid :

Hours/Department / Position//Default scheduled.        

Default Schedule:

This will display the default schedule of the employee as defined.



These information are also visible on the Supervisor Home Page screen

Pay Week:

This displays the total working hours of the week for which employee will be paid.

Overtime Status:

This displays the total overtime(OT) hours of the employee.

Work:

This displays the total working hours.

Excused:

This displays the duration of time for which employee was not working or was on break.

Group :

This displays the name of the group .            

Department :

This displays the name of the department .

Position :

This displays the current designation or current position of the employee

Supervisor :

This displays the name of the supervisor.

Week grid:
       This grid display all the information on the grid on the weekly basis and all the related schedule information is visible on the grid.


Following columns are visible under the week grid:

Group:

This column displays the name of the particular group to which employee belong.

Day:

This column displays the name of the day.

Date:

This column displays the date of that particular day.

Starting:

This column displays the starting time of the shift.

Hours :

This column displays the duration of the shift from the start to end of the shift.

Ending:

This column displays the end time of the shift.

Department:

This display the name of the department.

Position:

This display the current designation or position of the employee.

Default Schedule:

This column will display default schedule of the employee as defined.

Source:

This option is used for making changes in the schedule or shift of the particular employee for the particular day as per requirement.          

Conflict:

This option display that employees do not have the two schedule in a single day at same instant of time,  it is denoted by yes or no in the conflict column.

Additional Information:

Additional Information column will display the current status of the employee i.e.  accepted or Declined.

Month grid:
       This grid display all the information on the monthly basis and all the related schedule information.

Following columns are visible under the Month grid :

Group:

This column displays the name of the particular group to which employee belong.

Day:

This column displays the name of the day.

This column displays the date of that particular day.

Supervised Employees Grid:
       This grid will display all the information of the employees who are working under the supervisor  .


Following columns are visible under Supervised Employees Grid :

View :

This screen is used to display complete schedule information of the employee for the complete week.  Click Here

Employee Name:

This column displays the name of the employee.

Groups:

This column displays the name of the particular group to which employee belong.

Department:

This column displays the name of the particular department to which employee belong.

Position:

This column displays the current designation or current position .

Status

This is where the employee's status, such as full or part time.

Manager

Displays the true or false values to indicate either employee is manager or not.

Floater

Displays the true or false value to determine the employee is floater or not.


Remark:
•        This grid is not visible  when employee log in to application by his credentials  .
•        This grid is visible to supervisor only  .

Pending Shift Requests Grid:
       This grid will display all the information that are related to the shift that is in the pending state   .

Following columns are visible under Pending Shift Requests Grid:

Day:

This column displays the name of the day.

Date:

This column displays the date of that particular day.

Starting:

This column displays the starting time of the shift.

Ending:

This column displays the end time of the shift.

Hours:

This column displays the total time of shift i.e total duration of time from starting to end time of the shift.

Groups or Group:

This column displays the name of the particular group to which  employee belong.

Additional Information:

Additional Information column will display the current status of the employee i.e.accepted or Declined.


Remark:
•        This grid is not visible  when employee log in to application by his credentials  .
•        This grid is  visible to supervisor only.

My Shift Preferences Grid:

Following columns are visible under My Shift Preferences Grid

Day:

This column displays name of the day.

Shift Preference:

This column displays the information regarding the shift.

Preference Type:

This column displays the information regarding the priority set for the shift as you wish.


My Certifications Grid:

Following columns are visible under My Certifications Grid  

Name

This column displays the name of the certification.

Expires

This column display the expiry date of the certificate i.e. when it is going to get expires.

Days

This column display total no. of days.

Optional

Displays the true or false value to identify the certification is required or not.

Suspend

Upon click on this check box it denotes that we do not want the

employee for that particular shift.

Refresh Schedule:
Refresh button is used for refreshing the complete schedule.

Print Week:
Upon click on this button it will display record for the week and ask  to take the print out for the same .

Print Month:
Upon click on this button it will display record for the month and ask  to take the print out for the same.

View Schedule:
Upon click on this button it will display schedule of the employee. Please click here for more details.

Previous Week:
Upon click on this button it will display the data of past one week as per its current date .
•         Select date and month from the calender Icon
•         Then click on  Previous week button
•         Then it will display data of previous week as per it current date

Next Week:
Upon click on this button  it will display the data of next one week as per its current date .
•         Select date and month from the calender Icon and and  
•         Then click on  Next week button    
•         Then it will display data of coming next week as per its current date.

This Week:
Upon click on this button  it will display the data of current one week
•         Select date and month from the calender Icon  and
•         Then click on  This  week button  
•         Then it will display data of current week

Current Month  Schedule:
Upon click on this button  it will display detail  data of schedule for  the current month as per selection from the calender icon  .

Upon click on this button  it will show the schedule details of the Next month as per selection done from the calender icon .

Add Schedule:
This button is used for adding the new schedule for an employee or modify the existing schedule.
•         Select group from the group drop down
•         Enter the employee name on the search option
•         Click OK button to see the detail otherwise click on Cancel button
